Privacy Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
H2H Picks (“we”, “us”) operates h2hpicks.com, a pick’em game where you predict NFL game winners and compete in private groups. This policy describes what we collect and why.
Information We Collect
- Account information: when you sign in, we receive your email address and name from your chosen sign-in provider. We never see or store your password.
- Profile information you provide: display name and location (ZIP code, or your state if you don’t provide one), used to determine eligibility for paid groups if and when those become available in your area.
- Game activity: the picks you make, the groups you create or join, and messages you send in group chat.
- Technical information: standard request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected automatically by our hosting providers.
How We Use It
- To operate the core game: recording picks, scoring them against final results, and showing leaderboards.
- To run group chat, scoped so only members of a group can see its messages.
- To keep live scores and game clocks up to date during games.
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who We Share It With
- Hosting and database providers: run the application and store its data on our behalf.
- Sign-in providers: process authentication when you sign in; we only receive your email and name back.
- Sports data and logo sources: we read public schedules, scores, and team logos from third-party feeds. We do not send them any of your personal data.
Other members of a group you join can see your display name, your picks (subject to in-app reveal rules), and any messages you post in that group’s chat.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. From your Profile page, you can download a copy of your data at any time, or permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself.
Children’s Privacy
H2H Picks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
